Sales Terms

Article 1 — Purpose

These Sales Terms govern the sale of subscriptions to the Polairyx platform, published by Agubrax FZC (Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, licence no. 8867). They apply to any subscription taken out on polairyx.com.

Article 2 — Plans and pricing

Polairyx is offered in three plans: Basic at €49.90/mo in the euro area and $59.90/mo elsewhere, Pro at €99.90/mo in the euro area and $119.90/mo elsewhere, and Enterprise on a quote basis. Annual pricing is also available. Prices are shown all-inclusive: no VAT or additional tax applies. Prices may change, with no effect on active subscriptions until their next renewal.

The Pro plan includes access to a private Telegram channel, including during the free trial. Access is granted through a personal, single-use link obtained from the user’s account; this link must not be shared. Channel access is tied to the Pro subscription: the user is removed from the channel when that subscription ends, whether at the end of a cancelled term, after a payment failure not resolved within 3 days, or upon switching to the Basic plan.

Article 3 — Free trial

Every new user gets a 7-day free trial with access to all features. A valid payment card is required at sign-up. After 7 days, the subscription automatically continues as a paid plan based on the chosen tier, unless cancelled before the trial ends. A reminder is sent before the switch.

Article 4 — Order and payment

Subscription is done online. Payment is securely processed by Stripe, by card only. Agubrax FZC stores no card data. The order is confirmed once payment is validated.

Article 5 — Term and renewal

The subscription is entered into with no fixed commitment. It renews automatically at each term (monthly or annual, depending on the chosen plan) by charging the corresponding amount, until the user cancels.

Article 6 — Cancellation

The user may cancel at any time from their account. Cancellation ends the renewal: access stays active until the end of the period already paid for, with no prorated refund.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

A 14-day right of withdrawal may apply to distance contracts entered into by a consumer. As this is a digital service with immediate performance, a user who requests immediate access and expressly waives their right of withdrawal (checkbox at sign-up) can no longer withdraw once performance has begun. The 7-day free trial also lets you evaluate the service with no commitment.

Article 8 — Refunds

Amounts already paid are non-refundable, including where cancellation occurs mid-period (no proration). An exception applies to a billing error or duplicate charge attributable to Polairyx. Details are set out in the Refund Policy.

Article 9 — Liability

The reads and analysis provided are informational and do not constitute investment advice. Markets carry a risk of capital loss. Agubrax FZC cannot be held liable for the user’s trading decisions.

Article 10 — Governing law

These Sales Terms are governed by the law of the Emirate of Sharjah (United Arab Emirates), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the user’s country of residence.
