Refund policy
This policy sets out our refund rules. It complements the Sales Terms.
Principle
Polairyx subscriptions are non-refundable. A payment already made (monthly or annual) is not refunded, including if you cancel mid-period: no prorated refund is issued.
Free trial
A 7-day free trial, with full access to all features, lets you evaluate the service risk-free. Cancelling before the trial ends triggers no charge.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from your account. Your access stays active until the end of the period already paid for, then stops with no renewal and no extra charge.
Exceptions
In the event of a billing error, duplicate charge or clearly unjustified charge attributable to Polairyx, contact us: we will issue the corresponding refund.
