Terms of Use
Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Polairyx platform, available at polairyx.com. By signing up and using the service, you unreservedly accept these Terms.
Article 2 — Service description
Polairyx is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that monitors global macroeconomic events in real time and produces directional reads (bullish or bearish bias) on financial assets (indices, forex, commodities, crypto) using algorithmic models and artificial intelligence.
The service includes: a real-time macro event feed, directional reads (bias, conviction and macro drivers), an economic calendar, macroeconomic indicators, a correlation matrix and tracking.
Article 3 — Financial disclaimer
The reads and analysis provided by Polairyx do not constitute investment advice. They are provided for informational purposes only. Financial markets carry a risk of capital loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Polairyx cannot be held liable for financial losses resulting from the use of the reads provided.
Article 4 — Subscription and payment
Access to the service requires a paid subscription (Basic: €49.90/mo in the euro area, $59.90/mo elsewhere; Pro: €99.90/mo in the euro area, $119.90/mo elsewhere; Enterprise: custom pricing). Prices are shown all-inclusive; no VAT or additional tax applies. A 7-day free trial grants access to all features: a payment card is required and the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe (card only). Detailed commercial terms are set out in the Sales Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no prorated refund.
Article 5 — User obligations
The user agrees to:
- Not share their access with third parties
- Not attempt to circumvent security systems
- Not use the service for illegal purposes
- Not reproduce, resell or redistribute the reads or data without prior written authorization
Article 6 — Service availability
Polairyx aims to keep the service available 24/7, with an availability target of 99.5% (excluding scheduled maintenance). Occasional interruptions may occur for technical reasons beyond our control. Polairyx does not guarantee absolute service continuity.
Article 7 — Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Emirate of Sharjah (United Arab Emirates), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the user’s country of residence. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the competent courts of Sharjah will have jurisdiction, subject to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
Article 8 — Changes to the Terms
Polairyx reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of any material change. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
